Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of AttachXpress services and your participation as a driver partner in our network operating in Pune, Mumbai and Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a driver partner with AttachXpress or using our website at attachxpress.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To register as an AttachXpress driver partner you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) hold a valid driving licence issued by an Indian RTO, (c) own or have authorisation to operate a registered vehicle in Maharashtra, (d) provide accurate and complete documentation as required.
3. Driver Partner Obligations
As an AttachXpress driver partner you agree to: maintain valid vehicle insurance and registration at all times, operate your vehicle safely and in compliance with all applicable traffic laws, complete assigned trips professionally and courteously, maintain your vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, and notify AttachXpress of any changes to your documents or vehicle status.
4. Earnings and Payments
Earnings are calculated based on completed trips at the agreed rates for your city and vehicle type. Payments are processed weekly every Monday via direct bank transfer. AttachXpress charges a platform fee as communicated during onboarding. Earnings estimates provided on the website are indicative only and actual earnings depend on hours worked, demand, and other factors.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the driver partner agreement at any time without penalty. AttachXpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false documentation, engage in unsafe driving, or receive consistently poor passenger ratings.
6. Limitation of Liability
AttachXpress provides a platform connecting driver partners with trip demand. We are not liable for accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or losses arising from your use of the platform. Drivers operate as independent partners, not employees of AttachXpress.
7. Changes to Terms
AttachXpress may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered driver partners of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
